Unified Communication allows an individual to send a message on one medium and receive the same communication on another medium for example one can receive a voicemail message and choose to access it through email or a cell phone. Uninterrupted communication is the first thing an organization needs to have to get the total potential out of its employees and to achieve this, communication tools such as Cloud Based PBX comes into play.
